I have officially become David Alyassin Publishing for all of Acoustic Astronaut's songs. We have officially claimed radio rights on Sound Exchange and are registering all pertinent songs with the Mechanical Lisence Collective.
New Vinyl LP coming out. We should receive our 1st copy mid-August. Kind of a big deal :) It literally is a Greatest Hits album lol. Yeah, all the songs that catapulted us into the very outer fringes of the dimmest spotlight on Earth. We are getting some love on Tik-Tok which is nice. We tossed our Mag Tapes of recordings from Santa Fe Soundworks between 2000 and about 2004, something like that. Working on a cool new tune called “Can't Name the Title Right Now :(”. Also, working on a home recording studio to cut down on Studio costs and maybe have a bit more control. We'll see, it's still about a year out. “In Heaven” and “Destruction Mill” remain our most popular tracks and of course are #1 and #2 on the Greatest Hits album. Theoretically it can be pre-ordered however haven't figured out the full logistics. Will keep you posted. Love you all. Thank you for being here!
Just made a video of a song called Prayin'. Hoping there is a better response than our latest release A Life We Dare to Keep. Although tight, clean & creative, it may not have enough rebelliousness? Not sure. With that point in mind, the song Sweet Smell of Decay seems to have some traction. Stay tuned for the release of Prayin' and the release on Spotify and the video premiered on KQED in Albuquerque.
